Intel Evolutions LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides investigative, analytical, and intelligence services under contract to law enforcement, government, and commercial clients ("Clients"). This Privacy & Data Handling Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, process, host, use, disclose, and protect data in the course of delivering contracted services.
This Policy is intended to communicate our practices with respect to Client data handling. It is not a consumer privacy policy for general public website use.
1. Scope and Purpose
This Policy applies to all data that we receive, process, store, or generate while performing services under contract with our Clients. It explains how that data is handled, who may access it, and the safeguards we apply to protect confidentiality and integrity.
2. Data We May Process
The types of data we process depend on the services contracted and may include:
- Client-Provided Information: Data supplied by Clients for analysis or processing.

We tailor our processing activities to meet the scope and objectives defined in each Client contract.

We process data strictly for purposes related to the provision of contracted services, including:

- Supporting Client-authorized workflows and integrations
- Maintaining system operations required to fulfill contract obligations
- Protecting our environments and Clients against unauthorized access or misuse
We do not use Client data for purposes unrelated to contracted service delivery.
4. Hosting and Infrastructure
To deliver services, we use secure cloud-based infrastructure and related technologies to host and process Client data.
We select and configure infrastructure systems to meet our contractual and legal obligations for data protection, confidentiality, and security. These systems are operated under applicable security standards and administrative controls, consistent with industry best practices.
5. Data Disclosure and Sharing
5.1. Authorized Processing Activities
Data is accessed and processed only by Intel Evolutions personnel or authorized systems as necessary to fulfill service obligations.
5.2. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
We may disclose data to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or valid requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities, as required. When permitted and appropriate, we will notify Clients of such disclosures.
5.3. Client-Directed Sharing
We share data with other parties only when explicitly authorized by the Client in writing as part of service delivery.
6. Confidentiality and Security Measures
We implement administrative, technical, and physical controls to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include, but are not limited to:

- Access control mechanisms including multi-factor authentication
- Monitoring and logging of system activity

- Multi-tenant data isolation
These controls are designed to align with industry expectations for secure data handling.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data only as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or as required by law. Upon contract termination or at the Client's direction, we will delete or return data in accordance with applicable contractual terms.

Our data handling practices take into account applicable data protection requirements and contractual obligations related to privacy and confidentiality. Clients may have additional legal or regulatory requirements that govern how we process or protect data under their contracts.
9. Client Rights and Responsibilities
Clients retain rights over their data and are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority or legal basis to provide data for processing. Clients may request information about how data is handled under this Policy, subject to applicable law and contractual terms.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or contractual expectations. The latest version of the Policy will be communicated to Clients as appropriate.
11. Website Visitors
Our public website (intelevolutions.com) collects limited information from visitors who submit the contact form, including name, email address, and service interest. Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a secure third-party form service, and are used solely to respond to inquiries. We do not use cookies for tracking purposes and do not employ third-party analytics services on this website.
